Theodora Sergiou
Theodora Sergiou began her journey into entrepreneurship at the age of 16 when her family decided to embark on a journey of creating their own business. Along with her parents Nicholas and Flora Christofi and her brothers, Lou and Zack, she helped curate and build a small mom-and-pop store into a multimillion-dollar corporation. After 15 years Theodora and her husband Sotiris purchased the family business and spent 20 years building it into an award winning multi-faceted-multinational enterprise. The business was sold in 2022 and now Theodora spends her time mentoring and teaching others.
Theodora holds an MBA Degree from Rider University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/English Literature from Georgian Court University. She has been an adjunct professor at Georgian Court for the School of Business and Digital Media since 2014. She is currently enrolled at Monmouth University pursuing her Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership specializing in Higher Education.
Theodora has been recognized for her achievements and is often asked to participate in or moderate panel discussions. She is the recipient of the Leading Women Entrepreneur award, Professional Women in Construction award, Brava award, NJBiz Top 50 Women Entrepreneur award, and Smart CEO award. She has been featured in magazines like Industry, Health and Life, Bella, Fortune, House and Home, BizWomenRok.com, and the Asbury Park Press.

A-Z Entrepreneurship Essentials has been created to mentor anyone who is interested in starting or growing a business. Marketing and Management advice, tips, tools and entrepreneur success stories will be shared to enlighten and motivate those who are interested in diving into entrepreneurship.
